Payment & Fees
Please note that a 3% convenience fee will be applied to all credit and debit card payments. There is no additional charge for payments made via Venmo or Cash App.
Security Deposit
A $150 security deposit is required for all weekly, monthly, or long-term stays. Security deposits will be applied to the final bill at check-out. Any applicable refund may take up to seven (7) business days to process.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least fifteen (15) days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a 100% refund of payments made, excluding any applicable convenience fees. Please note that no refunds will be issued for cancellations due to weather-related events. However, reservation dates may be rescheduled, subject to availability.
