Payment & Fees
Please note that a 3% convenience fee will be applied to all credit and debit card payments. There is no additional charge for payments made via Venmo or Cash App.
Security Deposit & Cancellation Policy
A $150 security deposit is required for all weekly, monthly, and long-term stays and must be paid to secure the reservation. A reservation is not confirmed until the security deposit is received.
The security deposit will be applied to the guest’s final account balance at check-out. Any remaining balance after deductions will be refunded within seven (7) business days.
The security deposit is non-refundable if a reservation is cancelled for any reason, including but not limited to early departure, no-shows, or failure to comply with park policies.
Lost Buoys RV Resort reserves the right to deduct from the security deposit any unpaid rent, utility charges, late fees, damages to the site or property, cleaning fees, disposal fees, rule violation fines, or any other charges incurred during the stay. Guests remain responsible for any charges exceeding the security deposit amount.
Management reserves the right to cancel or refuse a reservation at its sole discretion.
